  1. ELIGIBILITY
    The THRIVE Pickleball Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Le-Vel Brands, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
    The Sweepstakes begins on November 14, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on December 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
  3. HOW TO ENTER
    During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the online entry form available on the THRIVE Pickleball Giveaway landing page, including name, email, and phone number. No purchase is necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries or entries submitted using multiple identities or email addresses are not permitted and will result in disqualification.
  4. WINNER SELECTION
    There will be three (3) drawings, each selecting one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received as of each drawing date:
    • November 25, 2025
    • December 8, 2025
    • December 22, 2025
    Entries carry over to subsequent drawings if not selected. Winners will be chosen at random by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final.
  5. ODDS
    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of each drawing date.
  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form within a reasonable time after each drawing. Winners may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to timely return required documents, an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. PRIZES
    Each winner (3 total) will receive the THRIVE Pickleball Prize Pack (Approximate Retail Value: $780), which includes:
    • Selkirk SLK Halo Pickleball Paddle Set + Sport Bag ($230)
    • YETI Tundra 45 Hard Cooler ($325)
    • 30-Day Custom Curated THRIVE Product Order ($225)
    Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize receipt or use.
  8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
    By entering, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without compensation or further permission, where lawful.
  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. Any attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.
  10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt or use of any prize.
  11. DISPUTES
    All disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action or seek punitive or consequential damages.
  12. PRIVACY
    Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
  13. WINNER LIST
    For the names of the winners (available after December 31, 2025), email support@le-vel.com with the subject line “THRIVE Pickleball Giveaway Winner List” by January 31, 2026.
